How to make filter/rule only for OUTBOUND emails?

I want to create a Filter (or Rule) that will only apply to ALL OUTBOUND emails only.  I think in previous versions of Icewarp you would select Incoming/Outgoing with a checkbox.  How do you accomplish this in the latest version of Icewarp (as of 1/3/2020)?
