System Backup

System backup has been broken on my server at least since the installation of Deep Castle 1.

I've got a ticket in with support, but they seem very reluctant to do anything about it (2 weeks later and no action taken. Just told me to reinstall)

 

Is System Backup broken for anyone else?

  Mine doesn't work either.  Went back to previous version/

  It has been two weeks since I filed a support ticket, and no action has been taken from the company's end. Simply stated that I should reinstall octordle.
