User Login Statistic Report

We have used Icewarp starting in 2016 until now.
We need a report feature on user login statistics report (per day, week, month, year and custom), this requirement is related to an ISO 20000 audit clause 6.5 related to Capacity Management.
Currently this version of Icewarp has no feature yet, we are trying to find data from the Status> Account Statisctics menu and the UserAccess table but not enough for those needs.
Hope this feature is added to the advanced update version in the near future.

  Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, these features are currently not on our roadmap; however, we might implement it in one of our future builds.

  I agree with OP that it'is very important feature. Has it yet found it's way in to future roadmap?

  Hello,

  from the Account Statistics tab is possible to see the last login timestamp. The history of logins can be extracted from the Authentication log. If it wouldn't be sufficient, please submit a detailed description of desired information to be displayed/logged, and we will hand over the feature request to the Head of Development for a review.

  Unfortunately, we can't learn more by ourselves, as it seems the ISO specification isn't available free of charge.
