Hello,

we are using Version 12.1.1 build 5 x64 on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Whenever a User is logging in to the Webinterface the Interface works completly as expectes.

However every few seconds a Banner is shown at the top of the Page which states "

Unable to access this service. Please try again later or contact administrator."

How to fix this?
