Problem with Webclient on Port 80

Dear Sir or Madam,

i would Access the Webclient by http (Port: 80),
he told me:

Not Found

---

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

Can anyone tell me why ?

  Please check if the port 80 is open or if there is no other service occupying it already.
