Outloook sync 12.2 - Syncing of GAL Contacts never completes

We are facing this issue,

Outlook sync 12.2 not able to complete the syncing of Contacts (GAL)

It starts deleting contacts midway and keep syncing again and again. Consuming lot of bandwidth.

Our local support is also helpless. They say its our network issue. 

Someone please guide.
