  Hello,

  unfortunately, groups in the IM roster will be removed with v14.0 (Epos Gen 3). However, in the current version (v13.0.3) you can manage the IM roster via /config/doma.in/roster.dat. Or you can access the file from Remote Console: Domains & Accounts > Management > select domain > Policies > IM Roster. It might be handy for you, as you can find there examples of how to set up the roster. If you don't see it, click on the button Comment.

  Enterprise contact through instant messaging is known as corporate instant messaging (enterprise IM). The primary purpose of enterprise IM is to facilitate communication amongst employees of the same company.
