If your Icewarp Mail Server is running behind a proxy server, there could be a problem receiving your Integrated Antivirus Updates. This is because the Avast engine used by Icewarp tries to connect directly to its Internet Antivirus Database.
You may need to set the Antivirus to use your proxy manually. Go to the Miscellaneous tab in the AntiVirus node and click the Setup button
This will open the AntiVirus settings file which you need to modify.
