Basics: License Expiration and Renewal
IceWarp is approved by users for its transparent licensing model. With each license comes 1 year of Maintenance plan, which ensures that your server stays always up-to-date, secure and protected from future security threats.
* Free Upgrades to the latest version of all components, incl. major versions;
With servers the security is crucial and this ensures that you will always run the latest versions, which brings many improvements, bug-fixes and corrects any known vulnerabilities. At the same time you get all the updates along with premium support.
* Anti-Virus updates/upgrades will not be processed;
You will be notified at your postmaster account before the end of the period covered by Maintenance approaches. To minimize any possible vulnerabilities and prevent the software from slowly becoming out-dated, you can consider to update your license, which will renew the Maintenance for another year (or add another year with a further discount).
Note that you need to update all of the items of your license set, the software is highly integrated and each component takes advantage of routines built into the mail server core. If you omit to update license for a component, it will become unregistered (Evalution in Status column) and will expire in 30 days.
Renewal Period column shows the days of Maintenance left. If the number is a negative value, you cannot install the latest version of the respective component or recieve updates for the existing version.
Simply enter your current Order ID from the License dialog into the purchase system for analysis. If you experience any problem with the process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will kindly assist.
