Which backup methods are available in which Mirapoint software releases and for which models?

NOTE: Before reading this article, Mirapoint highly recommends reading the latest version of the Mirapoint Backup and Restore Guide.

For information on available NDMP backup methods, which Mirapoint recommends using, see the "Approved NDMP DMAs" article.

Administration Protocol provides backup and restore via local tape, and is supported on all MOS releases since MOS 1.7. However, Mirapoint recommends using an NDMP backup solution.
