What do I do if I see Error: "RAPID AV filter is missing or corrupted" while checking the Antivirus function on a Mirapoint server?

Solution

First Check if you are properly licensed for the Antivirus facility. If Yes, please revoke and reapply the license.

Eg.

CLI>license revoke abcdefghijk2345

CLI>license apply abcdefghijk2345

Where "abcdefghijk2345" is the license key for the antivirus facility provided to you by Mirapoint.
