Incoming messages are not visible in Webclient if the account is POP3.
workaround: change the Account type to IMAP/POP3
fix: rename IceWarp\html\webmail\server\inc\localpop\item.php to item.php.old and put a new attached item.php to IceWarp\html\webmail\server\inc\localpop then restart Icewarp services.
