IceWarp has thoughtfully integrated a default autocomplete feature into the Mail, Calendar, and Conference services. This feature is designed to enhance your productivity by simplifying the input of previously used accounts. When you enter the recipient or attendee's email address, autocomplete intelligently suggests matching accounts from your Contacts, Global Address List (GAL), or emails stored in the Sent folder.
If an email address is misspelled or no longer in use, you can remove it from the autocomplete list. This will keep your autocomplete list clean and up to date.
Go to your WebClient and follow the steps (valid since Epos version 14.0.X):
- Click Contacts
- Find the necessary contact and edit or delete it.
- Click Mail and go to the Sent folder.
- Type the email address you want to edit into the search bar. You will filter out all emails sent to this recipient.
- Delete the emails or move them to any other folder.
If the email address is stored in your GAL, it can be edited only with admin rights. Ask your admin to edit it for you or to provide you with the admin rights.
In Calendar, the autocomplete feature suggests a list of locations. There are two ways to manage the list.
- Remote Management Console.
- Go to Domains & Accounts -> Management -> Resources
- Right-click Resources -> select Create new -> Resource
- Fill in the alias and the resource name, select the type (room, equipment, or car), and click Save
- WebAdmin.
- Go to -> Users & domains -> {domain} -> -> New resource
- Fill in the resource name, alias, and select the room.
- Click Save
Note. In Deep Castle and earlier versions, you can clear the list of emails in the Settings. Go to Settings -> Mail -> Mail compose -> Auto-Complete -> Clear list. |
