Administrators sometimes need access to their users' accounts in order to troubleshoot some issue related to the specific account.
For security reasons and GDPR, it is not possible to view user's passwords anywhere in the administrator's interface and use the password for logging in and troubleshooting. However, we have a feature in WebClient for troubleshooting specific accounts' issues.
The affected user should log in to their WebClient and navigate to Options > Accounts > Troubleshooting, as visible in the screenshot below.
Here, the user can generate a troubleshooting link for one-time access and send it to the administrator to help them troubleshoot the issue.
