If you have a valid service contract (SLA ID), you can now create tickets directly via our Live Chat support. Follow the steps below to create a service request successfully. Our technical support will handle your request as soon as possible, according to the severity level and response time defined by the contract.
Before you begin, please have the SLA ID ready. It has been provided to you by our sales team. The SLA ID is a six-digit code that allows you to identify your company and open a support ticket on its behalf.
HOW TO CREATE A TICKET
01. open the Live Chat support window
02. click on Send us a message
03. click on Let's start
04. click I need support
05. click I am on-premises admin
06. click on Yes I do (Do you have a service contract (SLA ID)?)
07. enter your SLA ID (123456)
08. click on I want to create a ticket
09. enter your name (could already be entered)
10. enter your email (could already be entered)
11. Describe your issue (enter the text)
12. enter What is it related to (in other words, Subject)
13. select Priority from 1 to 4
14. click on I'm fine to create a ticket and finish (click on Yes, I do if you want to create more tickets in one go)
