The last update from ESET side split "Web and EMAIL" component and tightened behaviour against OSync.
Below you will find settings which should be turn off so OSync can work properly:
Setup - Advanced setup - WEB and EMAIL - Protocol filtering - Enable application protocol content filtering
Setup - Advanced setup - Email client Protection - Threatsense parameters - Email files
Setup - Advanced setup - Email client Protection - Threatsense parameters - Archives
Alternatively, you can give OSync app and files to the exception (path can be different based on installation):
DETECTION ENGINE > EXCLUSIONS > Detection exclusions - Add path to Outlook's pst folder, by default in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Outlook Files\*.*
WEB and EMAIL - Protocol Filtering - Excluded applications - Edit - add following
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE
C:\Program Files\IceWarp Outlook Sync\IceWarpInterfaceContainer.exe
WEB and EMAIL - Email client protection - Threatsense parameters - Exclusions - Edit - Add
tmp
pst
ocsql
In case you have ESET on the server please add localhost to the exception:
Setup - Advanced setup - WEB and EMAIL - Protocol filtering - Excluded IP address - Edit - add 127.0.0.1
