# Mail and Configuration
If IceWarp created the backup, then set up a new server.
Install the same version of IceWarp (ftp://dl.icewarp.com).
Then unzip the backup to the new server or use the console > File > Restore settings.
The new server and old servers probably won't have the same disk drive layout. In that case, unzip the backup to a temp location.
Then copy the config and mail folders to the proper location on the new server.
Example for Windows:
C:\Program Files\IceWarp\config
Example for Linux:
/opt/icewarp/config/
# Databases
If you have backups of the databases, they would be in SQLite.
Just copy those to the new server and go to the groupware and antispam settings and point to those DBs.
Database Locations
System > Storage > Accounts > DB Settings
System > Advanced > Directory Cache > DB Settings
AntiSpam > General > DB settings
Groupware > General > DB Settings
Groupware > Webclient > DB Settings
Groupware > Activesync > DB Settings
AntiSpam > Action > Reports > DB Settings
# Accounts
If the accounts were in the file system, those would be copied over with the config folder.
If the accounts were in a DB, copy its backup and point the accounts settings to it.

@basket random If the accounts were already present in the file system, they would be replicated along with the configuration folder when it was moved.
