How to troubleshoot a connection with the WebDocuments Server, in a few simple steps, if you cannot connect to the server.
Reactivate the license
Go to WebAdmin > Dashboard > Manage Subscription
Check the address
The license for the microservice in our cluster has inside client certificate (not visible anywhere). The field for the WebDocument URL cannot be changed.
Go to WebAdmin >_ API Console
Type webdoc in the search bar.
1. Check if the c_webdocuments_connection address is correct.
2. Check if the c_webdocuments_connection toggle button is enabled.
3. To retrieve the most detailed log - select he log level to 4-extended and replicate the faulty behaviour.
Smartdiscover:
Go to WebAdmin > Dashboard > Server Settings > Smartdiscover
TeamChat API URL must contain a valid URL.
The URL must be accessible from the WebDocuments Server.
Sync_setup command
The connection status of the connection between the IceWarp and the WebDocuments Server can be verified using the sync_setup command.
1.Restart the groupware.
2.If the server returns value status:1, the connection is established correctly.
