Setup IMAP account in Samsung Email app

For configuration of email account on Samsung smartphone you will need to know your credentials and mail hostname (webmail address) which points to your server or cloud.

Please note that it is recommended to have configured autodiscover - as some clients may use it and make your setup process easier.

With credentials we can open Samsung Email app:

And configure account type as "OTHER":

Then we put in account credentials in similar format and hit "Sign in":

Then we select a IMAP account type:

Now we have to put in proper webmail (that one used on your PC in browser for reaching webmail) URL inside the IMAP and SMTP server address:

And then we can hit "Sign in", app will connect and automatically start to load your mailbox and folders.
