We have recently released a brand new version of Outlook Sync addon that has been completely redesigned and requires, therefore, certain steps to follow to make it work properly.
Steps to follow:
1. Should you have Outlook Sync addon already installed (versions before 18.104.22.1684) on your pc, please uninstall it first from the control panel in Microsoft Windows or use any third-party apps to achieve that.
2. Should the Outlook Sync be already uninstalled, you can go ahead and start with the new installation, where a new profile will be created (we do not advise using the existing profile for the new installation).
3. Should you have a brand new installation of Microsoft Windows together with Microsoft Office, none of the steps above applies to you. Just run the installer and follow the steps in the wizard.
4. Should you have any issues with the addon, please change the logging level to "Debug", rerun the Outlook to collect information about the latest synchronization and share that log with our Support engineers.
