IMAP account logs

We have installed on Windows Icewarp Deep Casttle 2 , update 3.

We have somes IMAP account, so different users can see the same at the same time.
If an user move o delete an email, all other users will noticed that.

We have activated logging on IMAP service , with parameted "Extended".
If we what to know who delete an item, how can we notice that on the logs?
