Migration TO o365

Our company was purchased by another.  We are directed to migrate into their existing o365 umbrella.

Is there a way to use a single admin account login to migrate each Icewarp user account?  Icewarp does not reveal user passwords via tool.sh anymore.   Otherwise we will have to reset passwords of some 90+ users.
