Corrected behaviour of repeating tasks which ended up in ignored items
Added support for different time zones configured on PC with Microsoft Outlook and on the server (all-day events are not shifted anymore)

Microsoft Outlook 2013 or newer on OS Windows 10 or newer (Windows Terminal Server is unsupported)
