Status of inactive accounts
Hello IW Team,
Our client has several accounts that are no longer active. Those are turned off so basically means that there is no option to log in or receiving new emails and used only as a storage of data. However those accounts are still counted as a users on their license, is there any chance to make anything to not count them into the pool?

Hello,
disabled accounts are still counted in the license. The only way how to free up occupied seats is by deleting accounts. If the client is planning reactivating accounts later, we recommend doing a backup of the mail folder (/opt/icewarp/mail/doma.in/user), as well as exporting data from Groupware - that can be done through Remote Console: Groupware > General > Export and select the desired account. On the same place you can then import the Groupware data.
