Problemas con TeamChat

Good morning, I am having a problem with GroupWare Database and I am not being able to use TeamChat because of it, this problem started after a migration to a new server (Windows 2016 Server), we use SQL Server 2019 for the connection, attached error and settings made and version of Icewarp, I request help for solution, thanks. greetings.
