Archive of user data years wise

I have 800+ user under icewarp.I have requirement like move all archive data of specific old year(2018,2019) to other place like NAS, as i have low storage....we can't go one by one account. is there any solution against it?

  Mount NAS to some new local folder. Move folders of specific year to this new folder and create link to original store.
