how can I disable Basic Port of POP3 (tcp:110)

Dear Sir,

In the server->services, there are POP3 and other services. POP3 has basic port (tcp:110) and SSL port (tcp:995).

I would like to disable POP3 TCP 110 port. I would like to just enable SSL POP3 (tcp:995). How can I do this?
