Non-Delivery Reports. The Administrator does not get a copy

Hi Everyone
I have an issue with the Non-Delivery Reports where a copy of the user Non-Delivery Report does not get sent to the Administrator
I did check the tickbox to send a copy to the Administrator but it does not
It did work in the past, but after upgrading to Deep Castle 2 it stopped
I need this feature to see which users' Emails do not get sent and what the errors are
If you can please assist me, with where to look or if there is a new feature that I need to enable to see the users returned error messages
I'm currently on Deep Castle 2 Update 3 Build 10
