Everyday ,icewarp webserver goes down around specific time !

Since last few months we are facing this issue,

Everyday around the same time,

I get Alert email from mail server,

"System Monitor has detected maximal thread pool waiting time alert xyz s"

then webclient goes unresponsive, when i check the server there is 0 php-fpm process running

I have to stop and start all services to solve the issue. This is happening daily.

 

Please guide.

  Same thing here. Not every day but every two or three days. Sometimes webserver is down, sometimes auth is not working.

  Support wanted the logs und dumps but now doesn't respond...

  Now I found this situation every working days. I can't reomote to our Icewarp Server when this error happen. and every service of Icewarp was gone. so we must restart server by reset at VM. So all service will working normally again. how to resolve this issue.

  Icewarp we are waiting for the solution since long, provide solution at earliest.

  Same issue still not resolved , icewarp do not know how to solve this.
