Encountering an issue with a specific folder on a user's mailbox

I have a Windows based IceWarp server with about 20 mailboxes. One particular mailbox seems to constantly lock up when a specific folder is accessed. On the server itself I navigated to:

c:\program files\icewarp\mail\centixo.com\howard.johns\inbox\vendors

It hangs up in Windows explorer and I am unable to access these messages. Is there a correct procedure to repair this or perhaps easily move/delete this? I did not find anything specific to this in IceWarp documentation.
