IceWarp Access & Change Alerts

Does anyone know where I would find the list of IceWarp Administrators who are sent the IceWarp Server access & change Email alerts? I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find anything in the IceWarp Server Help. We're using IceWarp Server version 12.2.1.1.
