Move mail to Subfolders in Tablet Interface

We just updated to Version 12.3 and users are finding that while they like the Tablet Interface because they can easily check a bunch of messages at once, they can't Move then to their Subfolders (under Inbox).  No subfolders appear at all only the Main Folders show.  

 

Can this be fixed?

  Hello,

  to add another folder in the selection for moving/copying mail in the tablet mode, please follow these steps:

  • click on Folder management
  • select desired folder
  • click on the Link button

  After it will be linked, the folder will appear in the selection. You can now also access the folder from the list on the left. 

  Note: there's a field alongside the Link button. The field determines the display name within the Tablet mode interface, so you can rename it if you wish (it won't be actually renamed).
