Getting PHPMailer_Language error

We upgraded our server this past weekend, and certain customer can not send from Webmail. They are getting a PHPMailer_Language error.

  Change Account Mailbox type pop3 to "POP3&IMAP" its fix. If its only POP3 it caused this problem.

  Thanks. Had the same issue after upgrading to 12.3.0.0 and this fixed it.
