12.3.* - Webclient/Yoda full text search limitations and Search Folders (BUG?)

Hi Team, couple of findings to report  - was playing with trial license/setup  - perfomed a test mailbox migration with some data 

1. Yoda fulltext search general:

fulltext:pattern does work ONLY if pattern = full word (before and after = space)

i.e. if body contains phrase  Hello World!

fulltext:hel = no results

fulltext:world = no results

fulltext:hello = match found

fulltext:world! = match found

2. Fulltext search and 'Search Folders'

When configuring fulltext search in 'Search Folder' - no results returned, no matter what you try (selected/all folders)

Only From/To/Subject search works with 'Search Folder'

p.s. It has taken me couple of hours to find HOW to create a 'Search folder' in 12.3 as it was not obvious at all, and previous behaviour described in Webclient guide V12 does not match with 12.3

p.p.s. There is no documentation for new Yoda fulltext engine anywhere
