Rule Edit Problem 12.2.1

We are using Icewarp Server with 12.2 or 12.1 versions. I want to edit a rule for a domain but when i clicked on to the rule title, system returned an error like this:

{error::action_type_undefined}

We also have this issue on our other Icewarp Cloud Server Deep Castle Gen1 and it was resolved after contact to the support team. But there is no information gave to the us and there is no update published in the community.
