Changing domain name screws up other domains

Hi,

Does anyone know how to amend a domain name in IceWarp Server Deep Castle?

We have a customer who have allowed an old domain to lapse because they want to use a different one now.  The old domain was being used as their main domain with others as aliases. 

I removed the new domain from the aliases (so it wasn't duplicated) and typed it over the old domain name.  The software allows me to do this but when I press return I get an error message saying "Groupware service is not running. Start the service first to properly reflect this operation. Continue anyway?"  Groupware is running but in any case it is irrelevant to this operation.

If I elect to continue, not only does the domain name NOT get changed, the primary domain gets corrupted!

IceWarp support eventually came back after several days saying that there is no facility to amend a domain.  They have yet to explain why the software gives a misleading error message and then corrupts a totally different domain.

The customer in question has around 40 users so it is not practical to start from scratch and move each user individually.

Does anyone out there know how to get round this problem?  Just one of several unsolved issues with the software at the moment.
