Web interface and email services locking up on Deep Castle 1
This week we have had the Icewarp server stop working twice with no mail flow or web portal connectivity during the issue. We tried refreshing all the Icewarp services and that did not correct the issue. The resources on the server were not taxed at all, backups were not running, and there were no errors recorded in the windows event logs. The only way to resolve the problem was to reboot server. The server worked for two more days without issue and then the problem reoccurred.
Is this something you are aware of with this version of the software and are their any recommend updates or patches we should be applying?
