Pop out windows for composing replying etc.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to open an email/compose/reply in a new window or pop out as it gets difficult to refer to the diary or other emails without minimising the email window you have open. We have users with two screens and would be good if you could drag the box over to the other screen.
