TeamChatApi Access Violation

We use TeamChatApi with our Bot and get strange error msgs in our logs like:

TeamChatApi [2410] 09:24:01 unexpected_error Access violation at address 0000000000A3ACC5 in module 'control.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000030

Someone got a hint what this can be?
