Icewarp Calendar Issues
After upgrading to 12.1 and now to 12.3 we are having major issues with Calendar.
1) Calendar invitations received on mac (.ics files) have empty event description sometimes. Rest of the fields (meeting start time, end time, repeat, etc. have the correct information) have correct information as sent by the sender. It does give you an option to "accept", "maybe", and 'decline" but none of them work.
2) For some invitations that are sent from IOS, PC users complain that the timezone is messed up and shows on the next day. It happened only to some new invitations
3) Some Calendar events disappearing from IOS and Mac (Big Sur) device after few days.
4) Though I use same email id to send invitations from mac or IOS devices, they don't recognize each other and does not give option to modify and resend the invitation once created on these emac and IOS devices.
Using CALDAV to sync with the servers.
Tried icewarp knowledgeable and support but not much luck. Any suggestions from the community?

I found the fix for this issue, it has to do with the original email with the appointment is deleted when a response is chose, accept or decline. The system must tie the email with the event. If you go in Outlook, File>Options>Mail then the section Send Messages the Box that says "Delete Meeting Requests and Notifications from Inbox after responding" remove the checkbox and it should not be selected. This did fix the issue for all uses.
