Icewarp email sub signature and reply

Is there a way to do that email sub signature settings on the server side ,one click to all users ? if so how?
I would like to add a message/image to the sub-signature of the email sub-signature as below

And when we "reply" or "replyall" any mail, is it posible to add this image automaticly every sended mail also?

Our licensed icewarp server Version: 11.0.1.1 x64 / Windows_NT by the way , there are 250+ user.
