IceChat - disconnecting

Hello
I have a problem with IceChat on Android.
The program is configured to work with my IceWarp server, I log in and I can talk with users.
However, after a moment when I turn off the screen and turn on again, or switch to another application and return, on the bottom of the IceChat screen, I see the message "Disconnected".
I can't connect again in any way, knocking on the message to resume connection.
I need to close app and run again.
What can I do to make IceChat not disconnect, I want to be able to receive messages anytime - just like I receive messages on WhatsUp?

  When I restart my computer or move to an other program and back to IceChat, the word "Disconnected" appears in the program's footer. free games

  Adjust your device's battery optimization settings. Go to Settings > Apps > IceChat > Battery > Optimize Battery Usage, then turn off optimization for IceChat. This keeps the app running in the background, allowing you to receive messages continuously.
