Profile created on outlook 2019 does not load the plugin
When creating a new profile, the wizard runs fine but when launching the outlook client the plugin does not load.
We tried to check if the plugin was detected by the program, and it is, but is marked as inactive,
We tried to repair Office, reinstall the plugin (latest) but same result.
Also we tried old versions too.
The machine is a Windows 10, new installation and fully upgraded.
The office is a retail 2019 is not a 365.
On other computers with the same setup, it works.

I've tried beta and different versions. Nothing works. Today to uninstalled Outlook Sync and Office. Re-installed with new Outlook Sync 12.2.2. Now getting message "Microsoft Office Desktop Apps detected!" But they are not installed. I removed them all via powershell. Contacted Icewarp support and was no help. There solution is to re-install windows from scratch. I have 20 systems I need to get working. I can't re-install windows on everyone. Support stinks.

Hi
We are having massive issues with the Outlook Sync Connector as well as above. At present we have tried uninstalling Office 2016 and reinstalling and have installed the latest 12.2.0 version of the connector.
Can you please fix this and provide the link to the new connector.
We also have the same issue on a clean install of Windows 10 and same problem.
Every time Outlook loads it doesn't load the connector and then when you try to load it states the below every time we tick the box

The only solution I found for it is to re-install windows from scratch from the Windows media created by the Windows Media Creation Tool. Do not use the reset feature in Windows or the hardware manufacturer factory default image. Then use power shell to remove any extra software related to Microsoft or Office. Then install Office. Then install Icewarp Outlook Sync.
This does work, but a real pain. I have several clients with Windows 7 that I need to upgrade to Windows 10 with Office 2019. This has turned a 1.5 hour upgrade into a 6 hour backup/install/re-install apps process. I don't think I'm going to renew Icewarp.
On the Outlook Sync disabled, the solution was before you select the COM Add-ins, use the drop down to select Disabled Add-ins, then you can enable it. I think that is a Office "Feature"
