After upgrade to 12.2.0 error occured for group_open

From 10.4.5 to 12.2.0 contacts  auto complete have not worked.

when start typing getting below  error and below error code.

ERROR XML->ARRAY (unsupported content-type "text/xml;charset=UTF-8") : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><iq uid="9454428866025591001563517139506" sid="wm-5d315c789862e139923178" type="error"><error uid="group_open"></error></iq>
