The IceWarp Community – Rules, Policies & Support

Welcome to our brand new IceWarp Community portal.

This portal is designed for registered users to provide user to user communication channel about IceWarp software and products. Please note that this platform is not replacing our official support in any way. All the support issues must be therefore submitted only via our support page here.

Access and usage of this Community portal is a privilege, not a right conveyed with the product purchase or registration. 

For the benefit of the community members and to protect the integrity of IceWarp, please follow the posting rules below.  

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other materials that may violate any laws of your country, the country where “IceWarp User-to-User Community” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead you to be immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that IceWarp has the right to remove, edit, move, modify or close any content at any time. As a user, you agree to store any information you have entered in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, IceWarp shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to a data being compromised. 

You guarantee that by registering with the IceWarp Community, or by browsing our community anonymously, you will indemnify IceWarp from any legal liabilities both civil, criminal, or otherwise. 

The current perpetual agreement is subject to modification at any time by IceWarp. It is the responsibility of all members and participants of the IceWarp Community to periodically review this agreement as their usage implies acknowledgement and acceptance of this agreement.
