Inbox folders for some users shows emty (no items) in webmail and outlook. But they are not empty

    I haven't found a reason, but this is work around:

    I deleted user, created again with same credentials, copied all user folders from backup, moved all content of inbox to new inbox location, refreshed cash for the user and viola! Everything is restored and works as supposed to work.

    Maybe this will help to save time for someone
