Blocking IP/Email address from spamming one email address

Is there away to block a IP address or email address from mailing one email address on mail server for a certain amount of time?

My problem is, I have a inquiry email address that sends out a response email when receiving a email. Sometimes people don't think and incert their support email or something similar in that also has a auto response on their end. This creates an endless loop of emails going back and forward between them.

Hence my question.  I don't want to put in a global intrusion prevention for that IP address as their is other domains on the mail server and could impact maybe their emails.  Is there any solution for this on a email account level or domain level?
