EPOS Webmail slow

When it is peak hours webmail become slow and we will get duplicate emails

1. We checked CPU, Memory, Disk are all normal
2. Please let me know what we need to check to fix the root cause

  Have you tried changing the smallfile cache size in the API? Set the values higher according to document
