AD Integration Password Issue

We are using Epos 14.1.0.17 We have integrated Active Directory.

Email password is expired it says, but AD password did not expire and we are also not able to change the password. Workaround is change AD password and after 2 min we are able to Login. It is using Icewarp password policy not AD Password Policy
