Icewarp Server Was down for half and hour - Escalon Services

Hello Team,

We have faced issue with our IceWarp server as below,

Issue Faced : our organization users not able to send, receive emails and also not able to open webmail.

Issue faced Date and Time : 24^th Dec 2021 in between 17:01 to 

We have checked the logs on server it shows the antispam live error logs 

Icewarp Server Logs as below, we want to know that will antispam live will affect webservice ?
